The 'System Emails' tab of the mailings page displays the default emails that are included in the participant module.
In order to view and configure one of these emails, click the 'View' button for the appropriate email.
When viewing an email you can perform one of the following actions:
- Click the 'Restore Default' button to remove the configuration and content of this email and restore to the default email.
- Click the 'Send Preview' button to send this email to one email address for one or more genders. With this you can send an email to yourself for testing purposes.
- Click the 'Edit' button to change the configuration and content of this email.
EMAILS
Participant Registration
After the participant has submitted the registration, this email will automatically be sent.
When you use online payments, it is nice to add the amount paid and the balance to the submission email. The participant can immediately see in the email that the payment has been made.

Accompanying Person Registration
The email will be send after the participant has submitted the registation and an accompanying person is connected to the participant. This email will only be sent if the setting 'Automatically send 'Accompanying person registration' email in the 'Participant registration' email is checked.
Participant Reminder
When a participant didn't complete the registration, you can send an email with a link to the welcome page. The participant can use the part to login as a registered user.
Participant Invitee
After you have added/imported your invitees, you can send an email to give them access to the registration website and their own imported data. They can adapt and finish the registration.
Multiple Submission Link
You can send an email to submitted participants to allow them to perform a second submission where they can, for example book registration events. (Only applicable when the multiple submit module is active).
Non Submitted Link
When you don't use a welome screen, you can send an email to non-submitted participants to let them finish their registration. Via the personal link in the email, they will get to their already filled out info.
Participant Payment Link
You can send an email to submitted participants to let them perform an online payment.
Digital Content
Send an email to submitted participants to provide them with access to the digital registration event content.
Registration cancelled
Send an email to participants to inform them that their registration has been cancelled.
Password Forgotten
This email will be sent at the request of the participant to reset the login details.
Password Reset Confirmation
This email will be sent to the participant after the password has been reset to notify the participant.
INVOICES
Invoice
Sent to the participant to provide them with the invoice and possibly the credit note of their registration.
Invoice reminder
Sent to the participant (up to three times) to remind them to pay their invoice.
OTHER
Personal Message
The basis for a personal message that can be sent to any participant. When you choose to send the email to a participant, this basic data will be in the email, but can be changed before sending.

QR Code
Create a QR Code for the 'Participant Registration' email and the custom email templates.
