Via the participant module -> module content -> categories, you can create/add/delete categories.
Use the 'Add category' button to add a new category.
To Edit or delete a category, please click on the blue title of the category you want to change or delete.
Then change the title or click the 'Delete' button to delete the category.
Create category links
Via the 'Link management' page you can activate your category links.
Simply click on the 'Activate' button to activate the corresponding category link.
As you can see in the screen above, a test link is also created. This test link is only shown and can only be used when the status of your participant module is still in the 'Test' mode.
Once you've activated your participant module, the test links will automatically disappear and will no longer be usable. Please be careful to always send out the correct link to your participants, and not the test link.
Other options
Use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From / To' and 'Deselect From / To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.
'Select By ID' is only available when the table includes an ID column, and allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs into the dialog.
After you made the selection of the categories you want to add some settings, you can use the three dots in the top of the table.

The clock symbol allows you to set a start and/or end date and time at which the selected links are valid.
