- Event group

General settings
Max per registration
You can set the max number a participant can choose an registration event. For example if the participant can take someone to the gala dinner, you can change the amount to 2. Then the participant can choose up to 2 tickets.
Visibility
You can show or hide the registration event or only show it for the PCO in the reports. Then the participants don't see the event, but in the backoffice you can use it and show it in reports.
Last registration item on page
Checking the box at 'This is the last event on the page', creates page breaks between registration events.
The participants need to go to the next page to choose the rest of the registration events.
This could be handy if you have a lot of events to choose from. For example if the participant needs to select events for all 3 days of the congress. Dividing the events per day on a page, might be useful.
Exclude from invoices
This setting allows you to prevent a zero-charge event from appearing on any invoices.
-
Availability
At the availability you can set a limit for this registration event. When it's full, the participants can't register this event anymore.
-
Categories
You can assign a category by checking the appropriate checkbox(es). (Only applicable if you have this extra module).
-
Comment field
When you switch on the comment field, you can have a participant fill out a comment at a registration event. For example if you ask if a participant has dietary request, he/she can fill out what request.
You can also choose to hide the checkbox of the event.
In the field type part you can choose whether the field should be a text field or a pulldown. You can add the pulldown answers yourself in the text area of the comment field section.
-

After the participants submits his registration, he will get an email for the workshop with the link.
