Steps for setting up the Reviewer Module
Reviewers
- Create reviewers
- Add a reviewer to a topic
- Upload reviewer data to www (only for offline abstract handling)
Setup the Online Review Module
- Setup the Score Page
- Other pages in the Review Module
- Edit the email with username and password link
- Send the email with username and password link to the reviewers
After the Reviewing process is done
- Download Reviewer scores
- Create the status levels
- Change the status of the abstract
Inform the authors if their abstract is accepted or rejected
- Create the status letters or Create the status letters via Word
- Connect the status level to the status letters
- Send the status letters or Send the status letters via Word
- Feedback/changes author
