After you created the reviewer out of an author or added the reviewer via the reviewer module -> reviewers -> add reviewer, the step that follows is to assign abstracts to this reviewer.
Edit the reviewer via the reviewer list in the reviewer module.
By clicking the 'Edit' button in the screen above, you can check the topics for which the reviewer has to review the abstracts.
Click the 'Save' button.
On the tab 'Assigned abstracts' all abstracts are listed that the reviewer must review.
The screen below shows an example without the use of a second topic choice. The abstracts are connected by a single topic.
The screen below shows an example of using a second topic choice. the icons behind an abstract indicate if the abstract listed in this topic is connected via the first or the second topic choice.
Via the 'Assign abstract' button you can exclude abstracts for this reviewer.
Uncheck the box of an abstract that needs to be excluded. You can only exclude abstracts that are not yet reviewed.
If your topic contains of a lot of abstracts and your reviewer should only review a part of the abstracts of that topic, you can select none, select all or select a group of abstracts.
You can do this by clicking the 3 dots on top of the topic and select what you want to do. The action will only be done on the topic of the 3 dots.
When choosing the 'Select from/to' option, simply click the three dots at the top of the list of abstracts of that topic, select the 'Select From / To' option, then click on the first and last checkbox you want to select. Any checkbox in between these two checkboxes will now be checked automatically.

The next tab at the reviewer is the 'Assinged session proposals'.
Please note unlike abstracts, you must manually link session proposals to a reviewer. Only session proposals whose topic linked to the reviewer are visible.
