Pages in the Review Module

The Review Module, i.e. the environment in which the reviewer scores the abstracts, consists of the following pages. All of these pages can be edited via the 'Page Editor'.

If you are also using session proposal review, the screenshot on the right applies.

- Welcome or login Page


On the welcome page the reviewer has to fill out the login name and the password he/she created.

- Abstract and session proposal overview page
The abstract and session proposal overview pages show the abstracts and session proposals that the reviewer must review.

The reviewer can view the abstract or session proposals by clicking the page icon in the view column. It is also possible to select one or more abstracts/session proposals and click the PDF icon in the top of the screen.

Please note: changing the texts for the overview page of the session proposal is done in the same way.

In the blue menu you can set the 'Setup reviewer tabs'. When you use abstract review and session proposal review, you need the tabs so the reviewer can switch between the two.

On the left a preview of the tabs, on the right the tabs including the 'Show progress' setting, to show how many abstracts/session proposals have been reviewed and still need to be done.


- Abstract and session proposal score page
On the score page you have to setup the score you want your reviewers to enter for each abstract or session proposal.

- Abstract and session proposal view Page
On the view page of both score options, you can set which fields are visible for the reviewer when he views an abstract or session proposal.

- Review Site Closed Page
When you close the reviewer module for reviewing, the followin page is shown. You can change the text on the page or add extra text.
