Import reviewers

In the reviewer module you can import reviewers via an excel file.

Click the 'Import' button.

Via the 'Download template' button you can download an excel file. Please leave the columns like they are, it's a fixed format.

The email address and family name fields are always required.

On the 'Reviewer template' tab you can add the reviewer info. Depending on the fields and topics you use in your congress, the fields will be applicable.

As you can see in the example below, you can mark the topics a reviewer should review with a 'V' in the topic column. After you have done the import, you can always make changes to the topics the reviewers need to review.

On the tab 'AllowedValues' you can see for example the pull down fields what you can fill in.
