After the reviewers log in, they get the list of all the abstracts they have to review.
You can add review instructions at the top of the page; see the screenshot below in the 'Collapse intro text' section. You can change this text in the back office.
If your reviewers also need to review the session proposals and/or the grant applications, you have to use the setting to display extra tabs on the overview page. The reviewer can now switch between the abstracts, session proposals and grant applications by clicking on the relevant tab.
The reviewer can view the abstracts, session propossals and grant applications by clicking the icon in the 'View' column.
You can configure the abstract/session proposal/grant application information displayed, in the backoffice on the 'Abstract view page', 'Session proposal view page' and 'Grant application view page'.
The reviewer can create a PDF of this abstract/session proposal/grant application using the PDF button at the bottom left.
It is also possible to select one or more abstracts/session proposals/grant applications and click the PDF icon at the top of the screen.
When the reviewer is ready to add the score, check the score, or complete the score of an abstract/session proposal/grant applications, the reviewer only needs to click on the relevant button.
Depending on the status of the scores of the abstract/session proposal/grant application, one of the above buttons is visible.
In the scoring screen the reviewer can enter all scores on the 'Score' tab, and the abstract/session proposal/grant application is displayed on the 'View' tab.
The session proposal overview needs some extra explanation.
If you use the review module setting 'View closed session proposal abstracts', all proposed abstracts of the session proposal are displayed below the title of the session proposal.
In the screenshot below, the title of the session proposal is 'Animals in modern nordic history part I'. The abstracts of this proposal have a view icon next to the titles. The reviewer can view these abstracts by clicking on the icon.
If you use the review module setting 'View closed session proposal abstracts' and the reviewer creates a PDF of this session proposal, all proposed abstracts will also be included in this PDF.
