Edit the e-mail with username and password link

Before you send out the e-mail with username and password link, you may need to make changes to the email template.

The e-mail template can be found under 'Mailings' -> 'System Emails' -> 'Reviewer invitation'.

The 'Send Preview Email' button allows you to send a test mail, containing the username and password link, to a specific address. Here, you can also select the gender of the receiver.

The 'Edit' button allows you to style the e-mail to your liking, by inserting placeholders or changing the text. You can also change the subject or add an attachment.
