Send the email with topic choice

You have the possibility to send your reviewers an email to allow them to choose their topics, or decline to be a reviewer.

After you have create your email (Edit the email with topic choice), you have to enter the email address  on which you want to receive the return email from the reviewer with their choice.

When you forget to fill out your email address, you will get the following warning when you try to send the reviewer choice emails.

You can send the email to your reviewers via the people list -> envelope icon -> Send topic choice.

All reviewers that don't have topics connected to them yet, are shown in the list and can receive an email.

In the email the reviewer received, he/she can click on the link and go to the following site. Now the reviewer can accept to be a reviewer and select the topics.

After the reviewer made his choices, he will get the following message:

The reviewers topic choice is automatically saved and you will get the following email:

When your reviewer declines to review, you will get the following email:

And the reviewer is 'Removed'.
