Invite reviewers for participant registration

You can invite your reviewers to the participant registration website by clicking the 'Invite to participant' option via the envelope icon in the people list of the review module.

Simply select our desired reviewers and the system will send them the invitation email.
Please be aware the reviewer can simply log in to the registrations website using their current account details.
After choosing for 'Invite to participant', the following screen appears.

Bulk selection
Use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From / To' and 'Deselect From / To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.

'Select By ID' is only available when the table includes an ID column, and allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs into the dialog.

After making your selection, you have to click the 'Send invitation(s)' in the bottom of the screen.

When you work with categories, you first get the option to add a category.

The emails will be sent after confirmation of the next question.
