Send a personal message to the reviewer

A new 'Personal Message' email template is now available, allowing you to set up the basis for a simple email message that you can send out to your registered reviewers.

You can setup the email via the blue menu Mailings -> Personal message

Once you have set up this template, simply open one of your registered people, click the envelop icon and choose 'Send Personal Message Email' option.

Your email template will then be displayed, allowing you to add more text to your prepared email, after which you can send it out.

The contents of your personal message can be viewed on the 'Mailings' tab of the person's account, by clicking the appropriate email in the list.

Note that this template can not be resent, as the contents are unique each time you send it out.

The 'Personal Message' email template can also be sent out to multiple people at once, by clicking the 'Send Personal Message' option at the top of the 'People' page.
