Login as the theme coordinator

After the theme coordinators log in, depending on the settings you enabled per coordinator they can see the Scientific committee download pages, the abstract and author pages (with or without the option to edit) and the session proposal pages (with or without the option to edit).

If permitted, they will be able to create and invite new session proposers, allowing them to oversee the entire submission process for their theme.

What the theme coordinator sees
After the theme coordinators log in, depending on the settings you have enabled per coordinator, this is what they see:

The abstracts and session proposals are filtered by the theme of this theme coordinator.

You can always log in via the back office as a theme coordinator. Click the 'Login' button next to the coordinator. This allows you to see what the coordinator sees and advise on the steps to be taken.
Use the 'Deactivate' button if one of your theme coordinators should no longer be allowed to log in.
