In the abstract module there is a possibility to create keywords for a pulldown menu, so the author has to choose from the list you create.
Please follow the next steps to create the keywords.
Step 1
Go to the Module settings of the conference.
At Abstract moduke settings, check the box 'show pulldown with keywords in abstract-module' and click on save.
Step 2
Go in Eventure to the abstract module > Conference data > Keywords upload to internet.
Create an empty excel sheet with 'Create empty excel file'.

In the excel sheet you can enter your keywords.
When you have inserted the keywords save the excel sheet.
With 'search file' you can choose the excel sheet you just created and click on 'Import and Upload', to send the keywords to the internet.
Step 3
Go online to the abstract module and click on 'Abstract' and choose the first keyword you want to create the pulldown menu.
Click on Extra and the screen below appears:
Click on 'Pulldown field' and click on 'Save'.
Repeat step 3 to create the pulldown menu for the other keywords.
