You can create new coordinators or import them.
You can create an account for each theme in your module, allowing said account to log into a separate backoffice environment.
These accounts will then be given access to the pages and features you have enabled for them, where all of the available content is filtered by their theme. This includes:
• The Scientific Committee download pages
• The Abstract and Author pages (with or without the option to edit)
• The Session Proposal pages (with or without the option to edit)
If permitted, they will be able to create and invite new session proposers, allowing them to oversee the entire submission process for their theme.
To add theme coordinators manually, go to the list of 'Theme coordinators' in the abstract module. Next, click the 'Add theme coordinator' button at the top of the screen.
On the next screen, you can enter the theme coordinator's personal details and specify which pages and features you wish to enable for them.
