You have the option to add themes and theme coordinators to your congress. If authorized, these coordinators can submit and invite new session proposers and oversee all submissions within their assigned theme.
After you have added a theme, simply link the relevant topics to it. When an author submits an abstract or session proposal, choosing a theme will instantly filter the matching topics for them.
