The 'Booking Requests' page displays all of the booking requests that have been submitted by your registered groups.
You can view the new, pending, approved, rejected, deleted or all of the booking requests, by clicking the appropriate radio button at the top of the list.
In order to change the status of the new requests, first check the appropriate checkboxes, then click the desired action in the options menu, which you can open by clicking the three dots icon at the top of the list.
When you are approving booking requests, the system will automatically verify the availability of each item, and inform you of any changes that need to be made.
After the approval has been completed, groups will be given access to the 'Participant Management' page, and an update email will be sent out if you have enabled this feature in the module settings.
