Reports online group module

The 'System reports' tab of the reports page displays all of the avialable reports that Eventure Online can automatically generate from the data of your group module.

Simply click the 'Export' button next to one of the reports, configure your settings, then download the related Excel file to your system.

Most Group reports are available for online and offline setup group modules.

The following reports are only available for online setup group modules:
Cancellation fee data, Payment data and Invoice data.

• The 'Group Data' gives you an overview of all your registered groups, their billing address and their payments.
• The 'Group Participant Data' gives you an overview of all your group's participants, including their transport, accompanying persons and assigned registration items.
• The 'Booking Request Data' gives you an overview of all the booking requests that were submitted by your groups and their status. Additionally, you can view a complete overview of all approved, assigned and available pre-booked registration items.
• The 'Group Mailing Status Summary' gives you a summary of your group mailing statuses and the number of groups that have been assigned each mailing status.
• The 'Cancellation Fee Data' gives you an overview of your cancelled groups and the cancellation fees that have been assigned to each of them.
• The 'Payment Data' gives you an overview of all the authorized payments that were made by or assigned to your groups.
• The 'Invoice Data' gives you an overview of all the invoices that have been generated for your groups.
• The 'Group Mailing Data' gives you an overview of all the system emails and custom mailings that have been sent out to your groups.
