The Group registration, group invitation, booking request, pasword forgotten and password reset confirmation emails are used for offline setup group modules and online group modules. All other emails are only visible for online group modules.
In order to view and configure one of these emails, click the 'View' button for the appropriate email.
When viewing an email you can perform one of the following actions:
- Click the 'Restore Default' button to remove the configuration and content of this email and restore to the default email.
- Click the 'Send Preview' button to send this email to one email address for one or more genders. With this you can send an email to yourself for testing purposes.
- Click the 'Edit' button to change the configuration and content of this email.
Group Registration
After the group has submitted the participants, (s)he can request to send an overview email to the group email.
Group Invitation
You can send an invitation email to the group contact person to create a password, request bookings (if applicable) and add the participants.
Booking request
When the setting is used, an email is automatically sent to the contact person with the requested bookings.
Group payment link
You can send an email to groups to let them perform an online payment.
Registration cancelled
This email can be sent to a group's contact person to inform them that their registration has been canceled.
Password forgotten
This email will be sent at the request of the contact person to reset the login details.
Password reset confirmation
This email will be sent to the contact person after the password has been reset to notify the contact person.
Invoice
Sent to the contact person of a group to provide them with the invoice and possibly the credit note of their registration.
Invoice reminder
Sent to the contact person of a group (up to three times) to remind them to pay their invoice.
Personal message
The basis for a personal message that can be sent to any contact person of a group. When you choose to send the email to a contact person, this basic data will be in the email, but can be changed before sending.
