Via the 'Page editor' option in the blue menu you can setup all your pages.
1. Welcome screen: Here you can choose the login options for the group.
2. Group Data screen: Here you can choose the information that is required for a group to register.
3. Group View: If the contact person of the group wants to see the group data (s)he can click on the menu (top right of the screen) where (s)he can select this item. (S)He you can also select the billing address information. It is not possible for the contact person to make changes to this data. The PCO can make changes in the backend.
4. Main menu page: On the main menu page maximum three buttons are shown.
If you don't use the booking requests, this button will not be shown. The finances button will only be shown when it's an online group module.
5. Participant Management: On the participant management screen you can change the button names and hide the buttons, right click on one of the blue buttons (see screenshot below).
When you use prebooking groups. you can also edit all texts on the page by right click on the text.
6. Hotel/Event booking request page (only visible when using prebooking or online group module): On this page the group can choose registration types, events and hotels (only for offline setup group module) to add to the booking request. The PCO has to approve these requests before the group can book them to the participants.
7. Hotel/Event booking request overview page (only visible when using prebooking or online group module): On the booking request overview page, the group can see all the events/hotels that are approved by the PCO.
Example of how the group sees this page:
By clicking 'Show order history', the group can view all booking requests and whether they have been approved or rejected by the PCO or are still being processed.
8. Hotel/Event booking request thanks page (only visible when using prebooking or online group module): The booking request thanks page will be shown to the group after requesting new bookings.
9. Finances
The Finances page gives an overview of the balance, invoices and payments of the group.
Once at least one invoice has been sent out to your group, the group will also be given the option to start an online payment for the outstanding fees. The group can either pay the entire amount at once, or change the desired payment amount if they wish to pay in several installments. Groups are required to pay at least 25% of the outstanding amount.
10. Personal Data Delegate (Group): On the ‘Add Participant’ page you can specify a few fields for the delegate check (the system checks if the delegate is already registered for this group).
11. Delegate Check: The participant check page is only visible when there is a double registration.
12. Group site closed: On the closing page you can change the title and the text
