You have received the link to register your participants. Click on the link to create your password and follow the following steps.
You may access the registration page again to modify/add bookings using the link, login details available in the email we have sent you.
To register your participants, click on 'manage participants' and complete one form per person.
When you click on booking requests you will see the overview of your events and hotels.
Your participants will appear here:
You will see the assigned and available events here:
If your participant needs a hotel, please select one paricipant.
Click on the 'the three dots' and 'assign bookings'.
Click on '+ hotel' (or on '+ Event' if you want to add events).
Click here to select the hotel and fill out the fields like arrival and departure.
Please note that a choice must be made per participant
Click on ‘Add’ to add the booking to the participant.
Click on 'submit' to submit the hotel.
Your participants are listed and assigned.
Select the participants, click on the three dots and 'submit participants'
