Import groups online

In the group module you can import groups via an excel template.

Via the 'Download template' button you can download an excel file. Please leave the columns like they are, it's a fixed format.

On the 'Group template' tab you can add the group info. Depending on the fields you use in your congress, the fields apply.

If you use fields with a pulldown or radio button, the second tab shows the values you can use per field.

If you import an excel file and there is a mistake, an error message is shown.

Please choose 'Show Errors' to see what is wrong:

After you corrected the mistakes, you can import the excel file again.
