Add the barcode 1D on the badge

Click here if you want to add a QR code on your badge.

You can add a barcode in the badge, for example to scan the participant at the entrance. 

After selecting a type of badge in Eventure, you can choose 'change badge design'. The screen below is displayed.

With the ‘Field Tool’ you can add fields from the database.
Click on the place you want to start the field and drag to the place you want to end it. The following screen is displayed. Fill in the following text:

"*"+PADL(ALLTRIM(Parttemp.Person_Id),5,"0")+"*"

After clicking 'OK', the barcode field is showed in normal text. To see the barcode the barcode fonts needs to be installed, see instruction here.

Click with your right mouse button on the field and choose 'font'. In the font menu you have to choose the font '3 of 9 Barcode'. Now the field is showed as a barcode.

It is handy to make another field, the same as the barcode field. Only use a 'normal' font. Now you can read the barcode printed on the badge.

Note: The Fonts must be installed of every PC where the barcodes are printed.
