The 'System Reports' tab of the reports page displays all of the available reports that Eventure Online can automatically generate from the data of your public module.
Session data
An overview of the sessions including the abstracts, presenters and session leaders
Session leader data
An overview of the session leaders and their assigned sessions
Poster data
An overview of the posters including the abstracts and the presenters
Custom presentation data
An overview of the custom presentations including the sessions and the speakers
Session leader mailing status summary
A summary of the session leader mailing statuses.
Session leader mailing data
An overview of the mailings that were sent out to your session leaders.
After choosing a report and clicking the 'Export' button, a new screen will appear.
Below is an example of the Session data export. Depending on the report you can make selections for the data that should appear in your excel.
The checkboxes at the bottom of the screen can save/remember the selection you made or remove that selection.
On the Security tab you can set a password for this excel.
Please note that you can also set a password which will automatically be used for all excel reports in all modules you make. More information can be found in the Congress settings.
System Reports can now be sent to an email address. In order to send out your report, please first apply the desired settings on the 'General' and 'Security' tabs of the report dialog.
Once you have configured your report, open the 'Email' tab and fill out the displayed fields. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address. Once you click the 'Send Email' button, the system will generate the report and attach it to an email that will be sent out according to the information you have provided.
File account to open links in the Excel report
Please note that if there are links in your reports, for example, a link to a photo or an additional file, these links are not accessible to everyone. You need to have an account to be able to open/view these links.
