(CO-)AUTHOR FORMAT TAB
Use the buttons to determine the format of your co-authors and authors. In the preview you can see how it looks like.
At '(Co-)Author Format' tab you have the option to hide affiliation-related fields from the author name whenever affiliations are also being shown. This allows you to both use a custom format (including the company, city and country fields) and show the affiliations as well, without showing duplicate information.
This setting on the (co-)author format tab is only visible if you have checked the 'Show affiliations' setting in the abstract module settings, as shown in the screen below.
For example, when author names are displayed on the 'Session Page' of the public module, the entire format will be used. On the 'View Page' however, when you have chosen to show the affiliations, the company, city and country fields will not be added to the names of your authors, as this information is already being shown in the affiliations.
(CO-)CHAIR FORMAT
Use the buttons to determine the format of your co-chairs and chairs. In the preview you can see how it looks like.
