The 'Public Abstract Data' page allows you to assign codes, presentations and mailing statuses to your submitted abstracts for use in the public website and the abstract book.
To add, edit or remove an abstract code, simply click on the desired input field under the 'Code' column and enter or remove the desired text.
Once you've configured the abstract code to your liking, simply click anywhere outside the input field (or move on to the next abstract) and your input will automatically be saved.
Please note that your codes need to have the same length to be sorted in the correct way.
If you have less than 100 codes/abstracts, please use codes like this: 01,02,03...10,11,12 etc.
If you have more than 100 codes/abstracts, please use codes like this: 001,002,003...010,011,012..., 101,102,103 etc.
To assign a presentation type or a mailing status, simply click on the blue title of one of the abstracts in the list and select the desired presentation type or mailing status in the top of the screen.
Once you've made your selection the system will automatically assign this presentation type or mailing status to the related abstract.
You can also make changes to a selected bulk of abstracts.
You can add the presentation to the selected abstracts. Select the abstracts and click the 'Microphone' icon. You can now choose from your list which presentation these abstracts should get.
Or select abstracts and choose the 'Envelope' icon to assign a mailing status to the selected abstracts.
You can also click the three dots in the top of the table to make more changes.
Abstract title - First character uppercase -> to make the first character of the title in uppercase for all selected abstracts.
Abstract title - All characters uppercase -> to make the all characters of the title in uppercase for all selected abstracts.
Abstract title - Restore previous value -> undo your last action for the selected abstracts.
Assign abstract codes -> a new screen appears. Now you can add an automatically generated abstract code to all selected abstracts in the way you setup in the screen below.
