All authors will now make use of the same setup for the affiliations, whether they are a contact person, main author, or co-author.
A maximum of three affiliations can be added per author.
The affiliations can be ordered by dragging them in the desired order, where the first affiliation will serve as their primary affiliation.
The company, department, city and country fields are automatically filled with the data of the primary affiliation. The author can changes this if necessary.
Affiliations can be displayed in your emails and on your module websites. You can also choose to display all affiliations, or only the primary affiliation.
Affiliations will be displayed in your abstract and program book and you can choose how the numbers of the affiliations should be separated.
A new 'Affiliations' tab has been added to the 'Abstract Module Settings', allowing you to set the maximum number of affiliations per author, whether to show the affiliations, whether to show only the primary affiliation and whether the affiliations can be shared with other authors.

If this option is not enabled, contact persons can only make use of the affiliations they created themselves, as was the case with the institutes.

Show only primary affilication Display only the first/primary affiliation after the names of the author(s) and/or co-author(s), instead of all affilliations.

The blue menu 'Affiliations' displays a list of all used affiliations. You can also add affiliations by using the 'Add affiliation' button at the top of the screen.
To make changes to an affiliation, simply click on one of the affiliations.
