Once you have created your badge design, you can preview the badge. There are two options to preview your badge.
Preview option 1
Use the 'Preview' button at the bottom of the screen.
In the new screen, you will see a preview of the first participant. On the left-hand side of the screen all your participants and accompanying persons (if applicable) are listed.
Use the arrow buttons at the bottom left of the screen to scroll throught the people or click on a person in the list.
Use the 'Download preview' button at the bottom right of the screen to download a participant badge.
Please note that when you download a badge via the preview screen, it will not be counted towards the number of printed badges and the participant will keep the status that a new badge needs to be printed.
Please note, if you don't have any participants in your congress yet, a dummy participant will be used.
If you are using one of the following Butterfly BadgesTM - 1070.02, 1070.03 and 1071.03 - and have also created a badge sheet, you will not see this sheet when previewing the badge using the method as described above.
To preview both the badge and sheet, you must navigate to the badge sheet and use the 'Preview' button there. This will display both the badge and badge sheet in the preview.

Preview option 2
Go back to the badge overview screen and use the green print button to open up the printing dialog.

Set the filters in the print dialog if you want to preview/print for a specific group of participants and/or accompanying persons. Use the blue 'Preview' button at the bottom of the screen to preview the badge for your participants. |
The new screen displays a preview of the first participant. All your participants and accompanying persons (if applicable) are listed on the left-hand side of the screen.
