Once you have created your badge design, previewed it to check if the design is correct, you can print the badges.
There are 4 options to print the badges.
Option 1 - using filters
Go to your design via 'Badges' in the blue menu and click the green print button.

Choose order to print
At the top of the settings tab you can choose the order in which the badges should be printed.
Test print
By using the 'Test print' checkbox, you can choose whether this is a test print or not.
When the checkbox is checked, the badges will be printed as a test. These badges will not count towards the printed badge(s) of the selected participant(s)/accompanying person(s).
Tip: Always print a test badge first before printing all badges, to ensure that your design fits/looks good on the badge when printed.
Choose the range of participants
In the middle part of the screen you can select the range of participants you want to print.
| Internet ID range | Enter the first and last ID of the range for which you wish to print the badges. For example 1-15. |
| Internet ID list | Enter all participant IDs (separated by commas) for whom you wish to print the badges. For example 1,5,12,14. |
| Family name range | Enter the first and last characters of the family name range for which you wish to print the badges. For example A-F. |
| Family name list | Enter all participant family names (separated by commas) for whom you wish to print the badges. For example Fraser, Jansen, Ross, Smith, Willis. |
Filters
At the bottom of the screen you can set various filters. Depending on whether you use specific options, such as category or event collection, you can set that filter or not.
Use the 'Only new' check box to print badges only for participants and accompanying persons who do not yet have a badge or who are marked as needing a reprint.
Print profiles tab
A default profile is set on the 'Print profiles' tab. You can't make changes to the default profile and you can't delete it. You can create a new profile with adjusted margins. Use the plus icon to add a new profile, enter a profile name and configure all the settings.
After saving the new profile, the icons in top of the screen are enabled. Use the trash can button to delete a print profile.
Use the pencil button to make changes to your print profile.
Use the tick button to make this print profile your default for this congress
This print profile is the default for this congress.
History tab
On the history tab all print jobs of this badge design are listed.

Print or download the badge(s)
Once you have set all the filters, you can print or download the badge. If you download the badge(s), a PDF file will be made which you can print or save. When you confirm the next screen, the badges will be downloaded and the participants will be marked as having been provided with a badge.
Use the 'Print' button at the bottom of the screen to print the badges.

Option 2 - Participant list
Go to the participant list and click on the badge icon at the top right of the screen. A menu will then open.
The 'Default badge' of your congress will always appear at the top of the list. Use the 'Test print' behind a badge name to print a test of that badge design. |
After selecting the badge or test badge you wish to print, the following screen will appear.
You can now select the participants and accompanying persons that need to get the (test) badge.
You can either select the boxes or you can use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From/To' and 'Deselect From/To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.
'Select by ID' allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs in the dialog.
Once you have selected all participants who require a badge, you can click on the Download or Print button at the bottom of the screen.
If you have chosen to print a test badge, the buttons look like this:
If you have chosen to print a real badge, instead of a test badge, Eventure will check whether any of the selected participants have a negative balance and display the following screen:

Option 3 - Print 1 badge for a participant or accompanying person
In addition to the 'Badges' page, you can also print badges from the 'Participants' page:
Edit the participant you want to print a badge for and click the badge icon. A menu will then open.
You can only print real badges, no test badges.
The 'Default badge' of your congress will always appear at the top of the list. Below the default badge, you will find the other badge designs of this congress, if available.

| Once a badge has been printed, the option 'Mark as needing reprint' is added to the menu of the badge icon. When you mark a person as needing a reprint, the participant will get a new badge when you use the filter 'Print only new' in option 1 as described on top of this page. |
A badge needs to be reprinted for this participant.
You can print a badge for one accompanying person. On the accompanying person tab of the participant, each accompanying person has a badge icon as well. The same icons are used as at the participants page to indicate whether a badge has (not yet) been printed or needs to be reprinted.
Option 4 - print one (test) badge for one participant
On the 'Badges' tab of the participant an overview is shown of all printed badges.
Use the badge icon to print a badge, a test badge or mark this participant as needing a reprint. The same icons are used as at the participant information page to indicate whether a badge has (not yet) been printed or needs to be reprinted.
