A preview of the rEventNameList:
You can also have certain events printed on the badge.
Option 2
Please add all workshops you want to print on the badge via:
Event placeholder -> registration event titles -> choose the workshop/event.
After adding a workshop/event, the title of this workshop/event is automatically printed. There is no check to see whether the participant has chosen this workshop/event.
Please set the 'Print when' for each workshop/event so that only the title is printed if the participant has selected this workshop/event.
If you use accompanying persons in your congress, you can also add the 'role', in this example we only want to print the workshops/events for the participant roles as the accompanying persons don't have workshops/events.
Via the green 'Add condition' button you can add the first condition:
Role equals participant.
Click the 'Add condition' button again to add the second condition:
Registration event contains R0001 Workshop 1.1
Please note that the second workshop requires the following print when:
Via 'Add condition' you can add the first condition:
Role equals participant.
Click the 'Add condition' button again to add the second condition:
Registration event contains R0002 Workshop 1.2
In this way, every workshop/event gets its own print when containing the correct workshop/event.
You can quickly check a print when by hovering over the exclamation mark in the layers and objects menu.
