Hotels settings

The hotels settings can be found under General Settings via 'Module Content' -> 'Hotels/Rooms' tab -> gear icon and choose 'General settings'.

In the screen above you can make a number of settings.

Maximum number per room
Set the maximum number of rooms per room.

Maximum total number of rooms
Set the total maximum number of rooms a participant can choose. 

Hide rooms when maximum is reached
When your hotels have a maximum number of rooms and the maximum is reached, you can choose to hide the room by checking this box.

Text shown when maximum is reached
You can also choose to leave the room standing if it's full, but add a text that it's full.

Restrict hotel dates
Restrict the arrival and departure dates of hotel bookings to the start and end dates of the hotel contract.

Skip hotels page after room selection
After the participant has chosen the room and entered the booking details, the participant will not return to the hotels page, but to the next page after the hotels.

Show formatted price for free rooms
When this box is checked, the 0,00 price for the free rooms is shown, otherwise the price is hidden.

Categories
If you use categories on internet, you can set the visibility of the hotel/rooms by clicking the hotel or room types in the list. Click the 3 dots at the top of the table and choose 'Assign categories'.

On the next screen you can select the categories in which the selected hotels/rooms can be displayed.

All settings explained at the top of this page, can also be set by selecting the room/hotels and click the 3 dots at the top of the table.

Use 'Preview setup' -> hotels to see what all hotel rooms with the upper/lower texts etc. look like on the hotels page.

If you use categories at your congress, you can select the category at the top of the page to view all hotels/rooms accociated with this category.

Extra columns
Via 'Extra columns' you can add 2 columns.

Via the gear icon in the right top of the screen -> Toggle upper & lower
You can show all upper and lower texts in the table.
