Use the event counter and hotel counter

On the internet you can specify a maximum number of participants for an R-event (registration events). This counter only works for r-events on the internet.

You can also decide whether an event should just disappear from the screen if it is full or whether a text stating the event is full should appear.

Please go to Module Content -> Registration Events -> gear icon -> General settings 

Put your text in the field at 'Text Shown When Maximum Is Reached' and an event that is full will disappear automatically. To hide the event when full, you have to check the box 'Hide Registration Events When Maximum Is Reached'.

For the hotel room you have to go to Module Content -> Hotels/Rooms -> gear icon -> General settings

The 'Hide Rooms When Maximum Is Reached' checkbox works in the same way for hotel rooms.

When you have finished making the changes confirm them by clicking on the Save button.
