You have the option to create Marketing Campaigns on the 'Link Management' page. With these campaigns you can distribute special publication links for your participant registration website (including category links), allowing you to track how many registrations were completed for each link and associated campaign.
In order to create a new marketing campaign, click the 'Add Marketing Campaign' button at the top of the page. Once you have created your campaign link, you can then generate category links by clicking the 'Generate Category Links' button.
To set a start and / or end date for your links, check the checkboxes of the existing links, then click the clock icon at the top lof the list. Your links will not be usable until the start date was reached, or after the end date has passed.
You can enable, disable and set a maximum usage for your links using this same method and the options menu, which you can open by clicking the three dots icon at the top of the list.
If you would like to export these category links and their details, click the 'Export' button at the top of the page.
Once your campaigns have been completed you can generate the new 'Marketing Campaign Summary' report in order to see the number of completed registrations per link and campaign, and optionally a list of participants per campaign.
Other options
Use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From / To' and 'Deselect From / To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.
'Select By ID' is only available when the table includes an ID column, and allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs into the dialog.
