The 'Multiple Submission' tab of the link management page allows you to generate and send out personal login links for your submitted participants, allowing them to change their personal information and book registration events.
Please note that these links can only be used to purchase/select registration events and that they can only be generated for participants who did not purchase/select them before.
In order to create a new link, click the 'Generate Link' button on the right side of the page. If an existing link has expired, click the 'Reactivate Link' button instead.
You can generate, enable, disable, assign a category or email the links to your participants by checking the appropriate checkboxes and clicking the desired action in the options menu, which you can open by clicking the three dots icon at the top of the list.
Before you mail the multiple submission links to the related email addresses, make sure to customize the email template by clicking the 'Edit Mail' button at the top of the page.
If you would like to export these multiple submission links and their details, click the 'Export' button at the top of the page.
Other bulk options
Use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From / To' and 'Deselect From / To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.
'Select By ID' is only available when the table includes an ID column, and allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs into the dialog.
After you selected the participants, you can use the three dots in the top of the table and choose a bulk action.
