Posters are now available in the Public Module, allowing you to create separate poster sessions containing your poster abstracts. These posters are quite similar to the existing regular sessions, with the following differences:
* No color can be assigned
* Start- and end dates must be provided
* Start- and end times are optional
* Abstracts are directly attached to the posters, without the need for time slots
* No session leaders can be assigned
* Posters are allowed to overlap with existing regular sessions
You can add/change posters in the public module -> Posters
Please note in order to show the posters in the public program, you need to enable the menu.
Please go to the 'Setup menu' option in the 'Page editor' -> Scientific programme page
This is how the participants see the poster sessions:
The participant can click on the poster session, then all posters/abstracts will be shown. Each poster/abstract can be opened to see all info.
