The 'Session leaders' page in the public module displays all of the session leaders within this public module.
To view one of the displayed session leaders, simply click on one of the persons in the list.
ADD SESSION LEADER
Use the green 'Add session leader' button to manually add a new session leader. Please fill out all data in the following screen.
MANAGE PEOPLE By using the manage people button at the top of the page, you can make bulk changes to your session leaders. Here you can make changes to the values and formatting of your session leaders data.
First choose which fields you would like to view/edit.
In the following screen you can change the fields where necessary.

The 'Dot initials' option puts dots between all characters in the initals field. 'Restore previous value will undo your last change for the selected session leaders and for the fields you select in the next screen. |
If you choose 'First character uppercase' or 'All characters uppercase', a new screen appears to select which fields need this change.
IMPORT
To import new session leaders into the system, click the import button at the top of the page. Here you can download and fill in an excel template, which you can then upload to the system in order to create your new session leaders.
Note that you can immediately assign your new session leaders to their appropriate sessions, by entering the (comma separated) session IDs under the appropriate role column.
SEND SESSION LEADER CONFIRMATION
Via the envelope icon in the right of the screen -> Send confirmation
The 'Session Leader Confirmation' allows you to send an email to all of your session leaders, asking them to confirm their attendance to their assigned sessions. This new email, which can be customized on the Mailings page, will provide them with a unique link where they can select either 'Yes' or 'No' for each of their sessions. Should they select No, they will also be able to provide a reason for their absence.

Once your session leader submits their information, they will automatically be removed from any sessions they do not wish to attend. These changes will be marked in the notes of both the session and the session leader itself.
You can receive updates regarding these confirmations by entering your email address in the 'Public Module Settings', although this is not required.
INVITE TO PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
You can also invite your session leaders to your participant registration website by clicking the 'Invite To Participant' option after clicking the envelope icon at the top of the page. Here you can select the session leaders you'd like to invite, assign them a category if applicable, then send out the invitation email.
