You can invite your authors to the participant registration website by clicking the 'Invite Author To Participant' option via the envelope icon in the people list of the abstract module.
Simply select your desired authors and the system will send them the invitation email.
Please be aware the contact persons can simply log in to the registration website using their current account details, and this email does not apply to them.
The 'Invite To Participant' feature has been expanded with various filters, allowing you to more easily select which authors you would like to invite, and which to exclude.
After choosing for 'Invite to participant', the following screen appears.
First you can determine if your authors must have submitted an abstract by clicking the 'Yes' or 'No' option at the top-left side of the list of authors.
Secondly you can decide which status at least one of their abstracts must have in order to be included, by checking the 'Accepted', 'Rejected' and / or 'Withdrawn' options.
After making your selection, you can click the in the bottom of the screen and the emails will be send.
