The 'Program Book' page allows you to quickly and easily generate a program book for your created sessions, including their connected abstracts.
Before you can generate a program book you must first create the required templates that determine what your program book will look like, and what information is included. If you've already created your abstract book templates, you will be given the option to import them into your program book.
Simply click on the different templates shown in the list and enter the necessary information. You can use the placeholder menu at the top of the template editor to insert the data fields of your sessions, session, leaders, abstracts and authors.
Once you have completed all of the available templates, click on the 'Export Program Book' button at the top of the page, configure the available settings to your liking, then click the 'Export' button to generate your program book.
Once your first set of program book templates is complete, you can add a new template set by clicking on the 'Add Template Set' button at the top of the page. You'll then be able to switch between the different template sets by using the dropdown at the top left side of the page.
Posters can also be included in the Program Book. You can find this option on the 'Order & Filters' tab of the program book functionality, along with the option to order and/or filter these posters.
Please note that if you choose to include posters in the program book, they will be added after the regular sessions.
