Special access links

Special Access Links are now available for the Participant and Abstract modules. These will allow people to register and/or access their registration or abstracts, even when the module is not currently active.

You can find this new feature on the dashboard of the relevant module, only when the module status is not currently set to 'Active'. Click on the 'Special Access' button above the publication link and generate your link in the opened dialog.

You also have the option to generate special access versions of your category links by opening the 'Categories' tab of the 'Link Management' page, selecting the desired links, and then using the 'Generate Special Access Link' option from the bulk action menu.

On the link management page, you can also create special access links per category.
Select the category you want to create the link for and use the 3 dots to generate the link.
