Via the 'Abstracts' in the menu, you get the list of your abstracts.
Standard only the submitted abstracts are shown in the list. Choose the radio button for the abstracts you would like to be shown in the list.
If you click on the 'Clock' icon at an abstract, you can see the log file of this abstract.
To add an abstract, go to the 'Abstracts' menu and use the button in the top of the screen.
First you must choose whether the abstract is from an existing contact person or whether your contact is new.
After that you can fill out all fields and tabs as shown below when editting an abstract.
To edit an abstract, go to the 'Abstracts' menu and click on the abstract you want to edit. Like shown in the above screen.
As you can see in the screen below, there are several tabs in the top of the screen.
The 'Abstract information' tab shows all the info the author filled out about the abstract. You can click on an (co-)author to go his/her data.
Please click on 'Edit' and you can make changes to the abstract data.
On the bottom of the page you can click the 'Show hidden fields' button to show fields that are not/no longer visible for the author.
The hidden fields are now unhidden for you. You can recognize them by the blue 'Eye' icon behind the fields.
The 'Scores' tab of the abstract editor displays a summary of all currently submitted scores for this abstract. If you would like to download these scores, click the 'Download' Button on this page.
If you want to exclude an abstract to be reviewed, you can click the 'Exclude from review' button.
In case your abstract already has reviewer scores, the following warning is shown and the scores will be deleted from this abstract.
The 'Reviewers' tab of the abstract editor displays all the reviewers that are currently assigned to score this abstract. If you would like to view the details of these reviewers, simply click on one of the reviewers in the list.
The 'Public sessions' tab is only shown when an abstracts is connected to a session. All sessions are shown the abstract is placed in for the public program.
On the 'Mailings' tab all sent mails are listed.
By clicking on the blue title of the email template you can see the email text and you have the possibility to resend the email in case the contact person didn't receive the email.
To 'Import' new abstracts into the system, click the button at the top of the abstract list page. Here you can download and fill in an excel template, which you can then upload to the system in order to create your new abstracts.
Use the 'Download template' button to download the excel template to enter your abstracts.
On the first tab of the excel you will see all fields you have chosen to import.
If you use fields with a pulldown or radio button, the second tab shows the values you can use per field.
After adding all abstracts to your excel, you have to use the 'Select file' button to import the abstracts.
If you also want to connect the abstract to a contact person/author/co-author, you can do that before you import the file, in the last few columns of the excel file.
Just enter the ID/ID's of the contact/author in the corresponding cell. An abstract can only have 1 contact person.
