By using the 'Manage abstracts' button you can make changes to the abstracts. You can add/change the status or put the abstract title in upper text or first character in upper text.
In the new screen you can select the abstracts you want to make changes in.
Depending on the statusses you have created in your congress, you can select the abstracts and choose the status via the three dots. In the example the choice will be 'Accept abstract', 'Reject abstract' or 'Withdraw abstract'.
Use the 'Checkbox selection tool' to 'Select From / To' and 'Deselect From / To' to allow you to quickly select or deselect a range of checkboxes. Click on one checkbox, then click on another, and both these checkboxes and all checkboxes in between will be selected or deselected.
'Select By ID' is only available when the table includes an ID column, and allows you to select your desired checkboxes by entering comma-separated IDs into the dialog.
You can Include or Exclude multiple abstracts at once from the Review process. Simply select the desired checkboxes in the list and click on the 'Include abstract in review' or 'Exclude abstract from review' bulk action.
When you choose to change the abstract title, you have 3 choices. 'First character uppercase', 'All characters uppercase' or 'Restore previous value'.
'Restore previous value' will undo your last change for the selected abstracts.
