Eventure has a number of standard emails that can be sent (automatically) to participants.
On the 'Standard emails and settings' page in the participant module, you can make changes to the default system templates, setup your salutations, from & BCC, email styling, PDF styling and calendar items.
To view and configure one of these emails, click the 'View' button for the appropriate email.
When viewing an email you can perform one of the following actions:
- Click the 'Restore Default' button to remove the configuration and content of this email and restore to the default email.
- Click the 'Send Preview' button to send this email to one email address for one or more genders. With this you can send an email to yourself for testing purposes.
- Click the 'Edit' button to change the configuration and content of this email.
EMAILS
Participant registration
This email is automatically sent to the participant after the registration has been submitted.
Accompanying person registration
This email is automatically sent to the accompanying person after the participant registration has been submitted. Please note that an email address of the accompanying person has to be entered by the participant and you have to enable on the setting 'Automatically Send Accompanying Person Registration Email' in the participant registration email in order to send this email.
Participant reminder
You can send a reminder email to the particpants who have not completed their registration.
Participant invitee
An email can be sent to the invitees to give them access to their registration.
Participant payment link
You can send an email with a payment link to submitted participants to let them perform a payment.
Digital content
You can send an (automatic) email to the participants to provide them with access to the digital registration event content.
Registration cancelled
An email can be sent to participants to inform them that their registration has been cancelled.
Password forgotten
This email is sent at the request of the participant to reset the login password.
Password reset confirmation
This email is sent to the participant after the password has been reset.
INVOICES
Invoice
The invoice email is sent to the participants to provide them with the invoice and possibly the credit note of their registration.
Invoice reminder
Sent to the participant (up to three times) to remind them to pay their invoice.
OTHER
Personal message
The basis email for a personal message that can be sent to any participant. At the moment you want to sent this email to the participant, you can add/change the basic email text.
Personal message *(Accompanying person)
The basis email for a personal message that can be sent to any accompanying person, if their email address is entered in the system. At the moment you want to sent this email to the accompanying person, you can add/change the basic email text.
QR code
The QR code is not an email. Here you can create a QR code template for the 'Participant registration' email and the custom email templates. Click here for more info.
Certificate of attendance
This email will be sent to submitted participants to provide them with their certificate of attendance.
On the 'Salutations' tab you can set the salutation for the participant module. Use the 'Restore default' button to change the salutations back to the default. These salutations are used when sending emails to your participants.
You can set up a separate salutation for each selected gender.
Two salutations require some explanation. 'Unknown' is used when no gender has been specified for the participant and 'Neutral' is used when the gender for neutral has been selected.
On the 'From & BCC' tab you can check and change all From and BCC email addresses you use for this congress and module.
Click the 'Edit' button at the top of the page to make changes.
