Reindex your congress

What happens when I do a Reindex?
Each file that is stored in the 'Data folder' is associated with an index file. This file contains information about the basic data (records) and about the order they appear in the file.

The index files may become unreadable in exceptional cases (for example, if Eventure crashes while performing an action). By reindexing the index file is rebuilt and made ​​readable again.
During reindexing you won't lose any data.

If you want to reindex your congress please follow the next steps:

1. Go to the Main Module
2. Choose ‘File’
3. Choose ‘Maintenance’

4. Choose ‘Only one conference’
5. Select your conference
6. Click on Start
7. Close the windows when the reindexing is finished and try again.
