The 'System Emails' tab of the mailings page displays the default emails that are included in the session proposal module.
In order to view and configure one of these emails, click the 'View' button for the appropriate email.
When viewing an email you can perform one of the following actions:
- Click the 'Restore Default' button to remove the configuration and content of this email and restore to the default email.
- Click the 'Send Preview' button to send this email to one email address for one or more genders. With this you can send an email to yourself for testing purposes.
- Click the 'Edit' button to change the configuration and content of this email.
Session Proposal Submission (Open)
After the proposer has submitted an open session proposal, this email will automatically be sent.
Session Proposal Submission (Closed)
After the proposer has submitted a closed session proposal, this email will automatically be sent.
Proposer Reminder
If a proposer didn't complete the session proposal, you can send an email with the link to the welcome page to remind the proposer to finish and submit the proposal.
Author Invitation
You can send an email to invite the proposed author to the abstract submission website.
Password Forgotten
This email will be sent at the request of the proposer to reset the login details.
Password Reset Confirmation
This email will be sent to the proposer after the password has been reset to notify the proposer.
Personal Message
The basis for a personal message that can be sent to any proposer. When you choose to send the email to a proposer, this basic data will be in the email, but can be changed before sending.
