Locked session proposal

After your session proposer has submitted the session proposals, they will be locked. The proposer can see this because there is a red lock behind the proposal.

In case your proposer needs to make changes to the proposal, you can unlock the proposal.

In the back office please go to the session proposal and click the unlock icon on top of the page.

Now your proposer can make changes by clicking the edit icon  to the proposal:

Please note that you can only unlock proposals that are not yet accepted or rejected.

Alternatively, you can choose to lock the proposal by clicking on the lock icon. The proposer will no longer be able to make any changes to the proposal, until you unlock it again.
