In the abstract module you can make excel reports. All reports for the session proposals, abstracts, reviewers and public module are listed under the 'Report' option in the blue menu.
Depending on the module you are working in, the corresponding reports are in the top of the page, but all reports of the other modules are shown as well.
After choosing a report and clicking the 'Export button', a new screen will appear.
Below is an example of the Abstract data export. Depending on the report you can make selections for the data that should appear in your excel.
The checkboxes in the bottom of the screen can save/remember the selection you made or remove that selection.
On the Security tab you can set a password for this excel.
Please note that you can also set a password which will automatically be used for all excel reports in all modules you make. More information can be found in the Congress settings.
System Reports can now be sent to an email address. In order to send out your report, please first apply the desired settings on the 'General' and 'Security' tabs of the report dialog.
Once you have configured your report, open the 'Email' tab and fill out the displayed fields. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address. Once you click the 'Send Email' button, the system will generate the report and attach it to an email that will be sent out according to the information you have provided.
