The online reporting makes it easy to share lists and reports with organisers/clients within a password protected environment.
OFFLINE SETUP CONGRESS
Step 1: uploading the participant data (only for offline setup congresses)
If your congress is setup in the offline Eventure program, you need to do an upload to be able to show the participants information and events to your organisers/clients.
Go to the main module -> download button -> choose your congress and click one of the following buttons: 'Upload internet report data Participants & Outsiders' or 'Upload internet report data Participants only!'
You will first get a confirmation of your choice before the data is uploaded.

Step 2: setting up the online page
Please go to the online Eventure -> Participant module -> Custom reports
In the bottom of the screen are a few icons.
The gear icon can be used to setup what your client can do/see in the online reporting.
You can either give your client the possibility to create new reports themselves or you can add some reports they can use or both.
The flag icons make it possible for you and the client to change the text on the page to the corresponding language.
The home icon brings you or your client back to the first/home page.

ONLINE SETUP CONGRESS
Step 1: setting up the online page
Please go to the Participants module -> Reports -> Custom reports
If you have created more than one reporter account, you can check the box for each account to determine which account can view which reports. If a reporter creates a report themselves, this report will only be visible to that reporter account. You can always make that report visible to the other reporter accounts via the page shown above.
The gear icon shows you that the settings can be made in the 'Congres accounts' page. There you can set up the settings per reporter account.

With the 'Create custom report' button you can create reports for your client, either participant or registration details based. By following the wizard the report is made.
