Use of Cookies and GDPR

Your published websites in Eventure Online do not use any form of cookies besides session cookies.
These allow users to log into the application and maintain a session. We do not track any personal information through the use of cookies, nor do we share or sell any information with outside sources.

All of the data that your registrants submit to the online application, including the logs on our servers, are used for no other purpose but processing registrations, solving technical issues and maintaining the security of your websites. Our logs are permanently deleted from our servers after six months in
compliance with the GDPR, and all information related to your congresses are permanently removed
from our servers on request. You also have the option of performing a data removal upload with the
offline system in order to remove all personal information within a specified congress.

The Participant and Abstract modules both include a GDPR field where you can create your own
data usage agreement. Anyone who wants to register themselves on your websites must agree
to these terms, in order to comply with the GDPR rules.
