Which log files are processed when you visit a registration site? (E.g. information about the browser type, operating system, internet service provider, IP address, date and time of access, etc.)
All GET and POST requests to the Eventure Online website are logged through an access_log.
This log file contains the IP address of the user, the time and date of the request and the URL of the request.
Our application also has its own log files containing the IP address of the user, a session ID and the time and date on which the log text was written.
These log files are stored for a maximum of six months (both for security purposes and in order to provide technical support) and are then removed from our servers.
Finally we store the browser version, os version, screen height and screen width of each registration in order to provide technical support and analyze which browsers and resolutions we should continue to support. Once a congress is deleted from the Eventure Online website all of this data is removed from our servers as well.
Which cookies are processed/saved when you visit a registration site?
We do not use any cookies besides a functional session cookie that allows users to log in and maintain a session.
Are third-party cookie and tracking technologies used? (If yes, which?)
We do not use any third party cookie or tracking technologies and do not process stored data for any other purpose than the functionality of the Eventure Online software.
Are other data collected, stored or processed?
We do not store any other data besides the aforementioned log files / technical data and of course the information that users enter in your registration websites (which includes technical data concerning online-payments made by such users).
