In order to be GDPR/AVG compliant, you need to delete information that is not needed longer than the intended goal (information that is irrelevant after the congress and not shown on the invoice). All the information you delete in Eventure offline will automatically be deleted in Eventure online and this action is irreversible.
Below you will find a walkthrough on how to do this:
As soon as the congress passed the finishing date the 'Setup delete participant info' button on the 'Main Data tab' will be visible
After clicking on the button, you can select the fields that contain irrelevant data
When you click on delete, the popup below will appear.
When you click on 'Ja/Yes' (depends on the language of your system) the popup below will appear.
When you click on 'Nee/No' (depends on the language of your system), you will go back to the 'delete fields' screen.
The final warning!!!
When you click on 'Ja/Yes' (depends on the language of your system) all the selected data will be deleted.
When you click on 'Nee/No' (depends on the language of your system), you will go back to the 'delete fields' screen.
All the selected items are now deleted in Eventure offline and online.
When you click on 'ok', you will go back to the 'delete fields' screen.
